Creative Thinkers (CT) is a youth-led initiative dedicated to equipping individuals with the tools, skills, and confidence to thrive in today’s world. We design programs that address educational gaps, support emotional well-being, and foster creativity, innovation, and resilience.
From digital skills and language training to arts, leadership, and mental health support, CT creates inclusive spaces for growth and expression. Our work is driven by community needs, cultural awareness, and a commitment to long-term impact.

Our Service
Online Educational Programs
We offer structured online courses covering digital literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office), climate change, and personal development. These programs are designed to reach students across Afghanistan, providing access to quality education from home.
Webinars & Workshops
We host interactive events on topics such as leadership, education, and innovation, bringing in guest speakers and encouraging open discussions to broaden students’ perspectives.
Youth Empowerment Projects
Through initiatives like Model of United Nations (MUN), debate clubs, and Social Behavior Change (SBC) programs, we encourage young people to build confidence, think critically, and actively contribute to social progress.
Volunteer Opportunities
CT creates space for youth to grow through volunteering, offering hands-on experience in organizing programs, supporting community work, and learning teamwork and leadership.
Climate Change Trainings
Our specialized sessions educate youth on the impacts of climate change, sustainable energy solutions, and the connection between environmental changes and public health, empowering them to become climate advocates.
Digital Business Trainings
We conducted tow rounds of digital business training, equipping youth especially girls with skills in online business, marketing, and content creation to help them earn and grow in the digital space.

About Us
Creative Thinkers is a NGO, Creative Thinkers initiative was founded in 2021, by Abdul Rahman Haidari and Sanaullah Jelani, with more then 50 coordinators. Their mission is to empower innovative youth, promote educational equality, and support child development, female empowerment, and youth leadership.
